Marie HannaMarch 8, 2017 at 10:00 PM I was researching chalk paint on YouTube and came across one of your videos. I'm trying to find your blog to comment. I'm not sure I'm in the right place. Although I'm VERY IT literate (that's my career) I haven't used blogging.
I simply want to say how heartwarming it was to come across your video on chalk painting your kitchen!! I miss my beloved England soooo much it made my heart melt when I heard your (not English) accent!!! I love your very British kitchen, from the kettle to the sink!!!
It makes me so very homesick! I have JUST today committed to buying a home that needs chalk painting the kitchen cabinets and I would LOVE to have all the trinkets you have. I recognise them from the kettle to the roses to the sink!!
Supporting evidence: I collect perfumes, hello kitty, vintage sewing/cooking books, and many other random trinkets/cute little oddities that sometimes creep my friends out. I've been channeling the 1950's fashion style into my wardrobe for many years, it has become my signature look.
I'm the wife to the most amazing man. Mom to the most gorgeous little girl. I'm very domesticated these days. I cook, clean and change poopy diapers every single day, and to my surprise I wouldn't have it any other way! I'm madly in love with my best friend. He's madly in love with me. Our days are filled with much laughter, constant teasing, and adoring our beautiful girl. I enjoy listening to classical masterpieces while sipping on a cup of hot tea. It's how this mother of a toddler unwinds after a long day of dirty diapers and temper tantrums.
My favorite classical composer is Ludwig van Beethoven. Beethoven and I share the same birthday, along with stud muffin Benjamin Bratt. I love to wear heels and dress up everyday. I have a wiggle Miss Monroe would be proud of. I love drawing, painting, sewing, knitting, and making cute etsy things. I enjoy having picnics and tea parties with my girlfriends.
